The Technical Company for General Trading & Contracting for Thermal and water Insulation was founded in 1996 as an individual establishment with a vision to keep up with the aspirations of the industrial and construction revolution in the beloved State of Kuwait. With the hard work, persistence and constant quest there was a quantum leap in 2001 to become a company that has an entity and a distinguished status among the insulation companies.
