Most IT problems in a growing business are not exotic. A network that grew one switch at a time, a server nobody documented, a printer only one person knows how to fix. We design, install and look after the infrastructure underneath your work, networks, servers, devices, cabling and security systems, so it behaves the same on a busy Monday as it did on the day it was handed over.
Everything we build is documented and handed over, then covered by an annual maintenance contract (AMC). Response times are written into the contract, you get a named engineer who knows your estate, and the monthly terms are predictable. We also take over estates other vendors left undocumented: we survey what is there, write it down, and fix what is fragile before it fails.

What is an AMC and what does it cover?
An annual maintenance contract is ongoing support for your IT estate: monitoring, maintenance and help when something breaks. Ours put the scope and response times in the contract itself and assign a named engineer to your account.
Can you take over IT that another vendor set up?
Yes. We regularly take over estates that were left undocumented. We start with a survey and audit, document what is there, and prioritise fixes before anything fails.
How quickly do you respond?
Response times are agreed for each contract and written into it, so you know exactly what to expect before you sign.
